Tarot Saga Privacy Policy

Tarot Saga is operated by Dongjie Yang. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game and related services.

Information we process

• Account information, including username, email address, display name and authentication credentials.
• Game information, including progress, cards, heroes, equipment, rewards, settings and gameplay events.
• Purchase information, including product identifiers, order status and purchase tokens needed to verify Google Play transactions. Full payment-card details are handled by Google Play and are not stored by Tarot Saga.
• Technical and security information, including IP address, request logs, device or app diagnostics, timestamps and fraud-prevention records.

Why we use information

We use information to provide accounts and game progress, process and restore purchases, operate multiplayer and live services, prevent fraud, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, answer support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers and by Google Play for app distribution, purchases, refunds and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal information. Tarot Saga currently does not use advertising SDKs.

Security and international processing

Production API traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Information may be processed in countries where our infrastructure or service providers operate. We use access controls, restricted credentials and operational safeguards appropriate to the service.

Retention and account deletion

You can request deletion in the game under Settings → Delete Account or use the web deletion page. Access is disabled immediately. Direct account identifiers are retained in a soft-deleted state for up to 30 days and then anonymized. Transaction, refund, security and anti-fraud records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary or legally required. Database rows and non-identifying relational records may remain for integrity, accounting and aggregate analysis.

Children

Tarot Saga is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove it.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information by contacting yeoshine@gmail.com. Availability of particular rights depends on applicable law.
